Get to Know Our Founder
Hello there!
I have been working with animals for over 25 years. I started as a vet assistant then to grooming school and on to a 3-year apprenticeship with an industry leading groomer in St. Louis, MO.
Missouri has a high population of of puppy mills therefore a high population of rescues. It has been a passion of mine to make the grooming experience as calm and comfortable as possible for all dogs.
My art is the hand scissor work I’m known for and have honed over two decades. I’ve found house call grooming to be the most relaxed experience for both doggo and groomer alike!

Liora
Small Dog Grooming Specialist
Hi! I’m Liora and I am originally from Connecticut. I’ve been a pet groomer since 2014 and I love that grooming allows me to be creative.
I have a particular passion for working with dogs who are generally deemed to be “difficult”, for example puppies, senior dogs, and dogs who don’t enjoy the grooming process – often these dogs just need patience and to feel safe.
In my free time, I’m usually either reading, hiking, or jogging with my own dog, Nimbus, who is a seven year old Yorkshire Terrier.

Christopher
Small Dog Grooming Specialist
With over 14 years of experience in the grooming industry, I have been fortunate to groom nearly every breed of dog.
My background is in art and design, and with my training in sculpture, I groom as if I am creating a piece of art.
I visualize shapes in hair, the same way I do in clay, and it allows me to literary sculpt your dog. I am fortunate to spend a majority of my time with my own dog, Monet, a Kerry Blue Terrier.

Renisha
Small Dog Grooming Specialist
Hi, I’m Renisha! I’m originally from Marblehead, Massachusetts, and I’ve been grooming dogs here in NYC for over 16 years. What started as a passion has turned into a lifelong career that I’m always looking to grow and evolve.
I’m known for my gentle touch and truly love getting to know each pup’s personality. My goal is to make every grooming session a positive experience – and to help your dog look and feel their best.

Rikako
Small Dog Grooming Specialist
Hi, I’m Rikako Goto-Miller, and caring for animals has been my lifelong passion.
I started my grooming career in Japan in 2000, specializing in both standard grooming techniques and Asian Fusion styling. After moving to the U.S., I earned my Dog Grooming Diploma from the California School of Dog Grooming in San Marcos, CA. I’ve also worked closely with veterinarians, offering pre- and post-operative grooming support, as well as specialized canine massage and medical aromatherapy.
One of the most meaningful experiences in my journey was helping rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats displaced by the Fukushima tsunami. Since settling in New York, I’ve continued to grow as a groomer, building a reputation rooted in compassion, skill, and an unwavering love for animals.

Rebecca
Small Dog Grooming Specialist
Hi, I’m Rebecca — born and raised in Queens, and proud to have been part of the pet grooming industry for nearly 20 years.
My love for dogs started when I was young, and that passion naturally grew into a career centered around care, patience, and attention to detail. I believe that grooming should be a calming, enjoyable experience for every pup.
I focus on creating a safe and soothing environment, always putting your dog’s comfort first. And of course, I love helping them leave the grooming table looking stylish and feeling their absolute best!

Wanda
Small Dog Grooming Specialist
Hi, I’m Wanda. I brought my artistic eye and passion for pet grooming to New York City over nine years ago, and I’ve loved every step of the journey.
After training alongside some of the city’s top groomers, I’ve developed my own signature style — combining precise scissor work with a gentle, thoughtful touch that puts dogs at ease. I’m especially committed to making each grooming session feel safe, calm, and customized to your pet’s needs.
I’m a proud member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America and have earned certifications in Dog Emotion and Cognition (Duke University), Science of Skin (IV San Bernard), Animal Handling and Care Techniques (NYC Department of Health), and Senior Dog Grooming (Senior and Geriatric Dog Society). I’m always learning, always growing — and always excited to help your pup look and feel their very best.
